SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals as they navigate their employment path.  This process includes using the Discovering Your Personal Genius™ process to meet the desired outcomes of the customer served, intake, service record management, initial training for customer, and on-the-job supports.  You will serve as a consultant to employers in the areas of training, support, and job adaptations.  You will facilitate transportation and provide ongoing consulting and job supports.  You will respond to assigned customer and employer needs on a day-to day basis utilizing appropriate communication modes.  You must believe in and promote the company’s mission, vision, and service principles.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in this role, a four-year degree is desired, but not required for consideration. Experience working with people with disabilities is a plus but is not required so long as there is a desire to learn and develop these skills. You must possess the belief that every person should be treated with dignity and should have access to work if they choose.

HOURS:  40-hour workweek, hours vary.  Includes initial training and follow along supports in the evening and weekends.  Must be very flexible with schedule, as it could include some planned weekends and nights depending on the needs of the customers.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Nonexempt (hourly) position, starting range is $18.50-$19.50 per hour depending upon education and experience.  Full-benefit package will be available after completing two full months of employment.  Benefits include medical (employee contribution), dental, life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability, 401K plan, education assistance, Personal Time Off, Short Term Leave (STL) and eight holidays.
