Hi, I am Danielle and I have been with Kaposia for 5 years “I just love my job!”

Somedays this job can be emotionally and mentally draining. It is very important to me that I get to work along side a team that supports me and gets me through it. We support one another in our wins and our loses.

My typical day at work might consist of going into a couple different job sights to visit with customers, speak with managers or being able to visit with a customer over a cup of coffee to check in with them and see how they are doing so I can hear about how their job is going. But the best part of my job is I get to support and watch my customers learn and grow in their job. That is what keeps me motivated. My customers take so much pride in their jobs and building relationship with their co-workers and to be a part of that process is really rewarding and would put a smile on anyone’s face.
